Advisory Services Disclosure

Nature of Services: Ceetropolis provides real estate advisory, consulting, and educational services only. We do not originate loans, provide financing, manage investment funds, or act as a broker for financial products. Our role is to guide, educate, and connect clients with qualified professionals.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: All advisory services are provided for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, property values, loan approvals, investment returns, or market performance. Real estate markets involve inherent risks.

Independent Decision-Making: Clients are responsible for their own financial and investment decisions. We recommend consulting with licensed attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors before making major real estate or financial commitments.

Digital Products Disclosure

Market Reports & Guides: All digital products (market analysis reports, home buyer's guides, etc.) are informational resources based on publicly available data and our professional analysis. Information is current as of publication date but markets change rapidly.

No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for downloadable content, reports, or guides once accessed. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Consultation Services Disclosure

Session Format: Consultation sessions are conducted via video call or phone at scheduled times. Sessions are limited to the purchased duration (30 or 60 minutes). Late arrivals will not receive extended time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.

Scope of Consultation: Consultations provide general guidance, market insights, and strategic advice. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. We cannot guarantee specific market conditions, property availability, or loan approval.

Partner Referral Disclosure
